A brilliant independent shop in Worcester! My wife adores all the clothes that she gets from here, and the staff and owners are so kind and thoughtful. I recommend this shop to everyone.

It was raining. I was in a rush. But I was over the top excited that they had funky boots in a size 9 that would probably fit a gender fluid young person but were for someone not with me that day. The staff were great, really helpful and even if they were perplexed by my joy and oversharing they were kind and professional. I'd definitely visit/buy/recommend again and again. Thanks

I returned my well loved faux leather jacket to Fuel Clothing because, sadly, the sleeve seam stitching had failed. We agreed it was likely a manufacturing fault and the shop owners contacted the manufacturer who accepted full responsibility. The shop owners offered me various options: a repair could be arranged, I could choose a full refund or credit note, or I could accept a replacement jacket. After a couple of days considering these options I returned to the shop to collect a new jacket. I received first class customer service and I will certainly continue to shop at Fuel Clothing. Thank you!

Favourite clothes shop in Worcester! I've been shopping here for several years and always manage to find something stylish and different to the clothing you normally see on the high street. The owners and staff are welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Their product knowledge is excellent and the overall service received is second to none. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer of Fuel since I have lived in Worcester (over twenty years). The new owners have transformed this independent shop into a small haven where you never leave empty handed. The shop policy has always been no refund but exchange or credit note and I have no problem with that. Last week I used the shop as a safe place to sit until I could return to my car as I recently had my gall bladder removed, the staff were so polite and friendly and at no time was I expected to purchase anything. I am very thankful to the staff as I have purchased items for weddings, funerals and other occasions. I congratulate you on a fantastic place to shop and leave very satisfied with your purchases. Worcester needs more independent shops like this as I for one would use them. Thank you for the friendly greeting I get everytime that I enter into your shop, I hope you continue to grow and thrive 😊.

What a wonderful little independent shop this is! I went to Fuel looking to buy a few presents for my partners birthday last week. Shopping isn't my favourite pastime but the experience was a delight. The choice was amazing and the staff very polite and knowledgeable. As usual one of the presents wasn't to my partners liking so we returned this week and we were offered a credit note or exchange straight away. With such a great choice of products my partner quickly picked an alternative item and exchanged it. Will definitely be returning here, it's great to see these little independent shops that care about the customer. Definitely recommend.

I popped into Fuel on a whim because I liked the dress in the window and I needed something to wear to an important family funeral. Naomi couldn't have been more helpful - it was like having a personal shopper! She gave excellent advice and went above and beyond to get the perfect dress for me (it wasn't the one in the window either!). I had so many lovely comments about my outfit, so not only will I be returning, I'm sure some of my friends and family will be visiting Fuel too. Naomi, I can not thank you enough 🙏 - Nicki

Excellent service on my first visit to this store. Told the assistants what I was looking for and they both helped to find suitable items without being pushy . Came out pleased with my purchase.

Just popped in this morning to look at a sale item on display in the window. The assistant was really friendly and helpful. I bought the jumper, which then had an extra 10% off when I paid, so I was extra pleased! When I got home and looked at the label to see where it was made I was pleasantly surprised to see Made in Italy. I shall shop there again! 😊
